"Exceptional"

The accommodation was comfortable, very clean and warm. It was well equipped and very quiet for an annexe attached to a family home. Comfortable bed.

The photos were slightly misleading and it wasn't made clear that it was a pukka down bed, all in one room.

"Great place for a short stay."

Walking distance to town, clean, fresh and quiet. Off road parking, high quality decor and amenities. Host shared helpful information about the local area prior to our stay.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Earlier checkout time than anticipated.

"Very Good"

From the moment we walked into the property we were so pleased with it!! The decor and the way it is laid out is gorgeous. All the extra touches are so well thought out. Loved everything in there and the quality of crockery, bedding etc is first class. Also the extra help in folders suggesting places to go etc was really helpful especially if staying for longer. Once we pulled the bed out it was so comfortable. If it wasn’t for a couple of small issues I would have said it was 10/10.

Was loving being in the annex and enjoying relaxing watching TV when noise started from people walking above. It was very loud and still happening about 11.30 pm after we had gone to bed. Also happened early in the morning. Was disappointed bout this as so happy with everything else. One other small thing we did not like is the privacy film on the windows. Obviously there is something needed due to location but think it would be better to have slatted blinds that you can operate yourselves. Beautiful sea view from outside property but cannot enjoy this inside as cannot see out.

Beautiful property that had everything we needed such as coffee, soap, toilet roll etc. The property was a very good price for the stay which we also appreciate.

Great use of space and well equipped. Great for walking coast path as it goes straight past.

Too early checkout at 9.30 and things need a little maintenance
