The apartment was lovely, across the road from the water. Bed was comfortable..very important… the kitchen was great and easy to use. The wine and chocolates were gratefully received.

"A very good base for exploring that part of the UK like Bamburgh, Holy Island, Seahouses."

Location was very good, just a 15 minute walk into the town. Hosts very kindly left a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates for our arrival. Bed very comfortable.

Nothing really. TV a bit temperamental and toilet seat a bit wobbly.

The location was great just outside of the town but close enough to walk in. Close enough to walk to Spittal beach and nice walks around. Accommodation was very welcoming and clean. Everything a guest would need was in the apartment.

The shower was a little disappointing as it was electric and not great pressure. Didn't quite fit in with the high quality and standard of finish with the rest of the apartment, which was very high.

"Snug as a bug in the Snug"

We liked the apartment and the fact that the owners paid particular attention to detail. It's the best equipped place we have ever stayed at and the fact that we were welcomed with a bottle of fizz and some chocolates was amazing.Also, the touch of having some milk in the fridge was fantastic. Well done to Nicola and Alistair, you are the perfect hosts.
