La disponibilità e cortesia dello staff e la posizione in pieno centro.

Terzo piano di un condominio. La nostra suite era un trilocale comodo ma diverso dalle foto pubblicate. Nulla di "storico", solo datato (vedi foto). Tipo casa della nonna. Credo che la struttura abbia camere che offrono livelli di comfort e stile molto differenti e ciò non è giusto. Colazione servita in salone molto bello. No buffet, no offerta salata. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non buona a mio avviso.

The check-in policy of this hotel was very disappointing and misleading. At the time of booking, the check-in hours were clearly stated within a certain time range, and there was no mention of any additional fees or conditions. However, after completing the reservation, we were informed via message that arrivals after 7:00 PM would require an extra payment of €30. This information was not disclosed during the booking process, which is unacceptable. Guests should be clearly informed of all conditions and potential extra charges upfront. Being asked to pay an additional fee after the reservation was confirmed felt unfair and unprofessional. We were effectively forced to pay the €30 late check-in fee, as we had no alternative upon arrival. This kind of hidden or late-communicated charge significantly impacts trust and overall guest experience. I strongly believe that such policies should be clearly stated before booking, not introduced afterward. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression of the hotel.
