Si alloggia in "camere" meravigliose; sembra di stare all'interno di un castello. La pulizia è molto accurata e la colazione in camera è stata apprezzatissima. La posizione della struttura è eccezionale e comoda a tutto ciò che c'è da visitare a Lucca.

Un po' di schiamazzi notturni nella piazza sottostante.

Soggiornare a Palazzo Rocchi è stata un'esperienza bellissima. La posizione è davvero imbattibile, affacciata proprio su Piazza San Michele, il che rende tutto comodissimo per godersi la città a piedi. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e con un’atmosfera d’altri tempi. Un ringraziamento davvero speciale va alle ragazze dello staff: sono state di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità rare, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Torneremo sicuramente

I loved this hotel. The room was lovely, comfy beds, great shower, tea and coffee with china teacups, mini-fridge. Brilliant location right in the centre, but little noise from the street below. Friendly helpful staff. We didn't try the breakfast (there was a cafe next door) but the breakfast room was beautiful.
