Extraordinaire ; nous avons été surclassé à notre arrivée, la réception nous a donné l’appartement sur les toits (terrasse, vue sur la ville, les montagnes, le clocher, etc.). Extrêmement propre, confortable, le petit-déjeuner est servi à la place dans le grand salon décoré. Le personnel est très accueillant et de très bon conseil (restaurants, bars, activité).

Good location, easy checkin. Nice sized room.

Not four star accommodation. Overpriced for service proved. Kettle in room but no coffee! Requested some but they advised only tea available😏 net curtain in room needs replacing. Not a smart TV, only Italian channels.

Esiste una posizione più centrale a Lucca con un tale livello di piacevolezza degli ambienti e del personale alla reception? Credo sia difficile ad un prezzo ragionevole come questo. A causa di un problema alla suite che avevo prenotato, ci hanno messo a disposizione due appartamenti separati ma quasi comunicanti, rispettando quindi la regola del "deliver more than you promise" alquanto rara in Italia.

Zimmer und insbesondere das Bad nicht sauber. Bett bzw. Matratze alt und durchgeritten. Erreichbarkeit mit Auto unmöglich… Anfrage ans Hotel wurde mehrfach nicht beantwortet.
