Quaint Cottage in Kirkwall

This beautiful property had so many personal touches. It felt like home & I struggled to leave each day. The hosts were incredible, so obliging. When I come back to Orkney this will be number one. Thank you Gillian & Nikki. Mel

Super Lage in Kirkwall. Das Cottage ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin war so lieb und hatte uns schon Proviant bereitgestellt.

Das Bett hat keine erholsame Nacht erlaubt, da die Matratze in der Mitte spürbar höher war und man das Gefühl hatte, nach außen zu rollen und aus dem Bett zu fallen. Stühle und Sofa waren ebenfalls unbequem.

Wonderful cute cottage right near everything you could need; shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and places to see. Very easy to find and parking outside was not difficult. Hosts left a delicious hamper of goodies which helped us out.

It was perfect for us

Absolutely beautiful place to stay wonderfully island full of caricature fishing village so picturesque farms are located in stunning areas there's never unguly place in Orkney wow its fantastic place. Cottage is realy quaint but abousoletly lovely

As above cannot be more happy I've come and stayed here in Kirkwall be a wish of mine for more than 50 plus years clad I've come and seen many of the things my grandfather told me about this island years ago.my wife and I loved it.

Considerate hosts. Lots of additional items in cottage for our stay e.g welcome basket.

Cottage is beautiful but very cosy for two adults.

We arrived late via the ferry and this place was perfect, as it was close. A big bonus was the basket of goodies that our host left!

Beautifully decorated with thoughtful additions that made it feel special. Well equipped and like a home from home.

Well-maintained, clean, comfortable and cosy flat, very close to the town centre and local amenities. Very quiet, despite central location. Contains all you need. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

This is a small cottage in a backyard, so the view from the window is mostly of the neighbours' cars. To be fair, no-one suggested otherwise, and this is quite clear from the pictures, so we knew what to expect.
