We really enjoyed the view and the location.

The room was cleaned but a bit outdated. The rug was dingy and old.

Excellent location, right on Lake Como. Beautiful views. Customer service was remote but very responsive. Room was big and beautiful. Tons of privacy and very quiet and peaceful.

No cleaning service until post check out Room was a little run down (torn furniture, water damage in the shower area). At $300/ night, we were expecting a bit more.

Great spot with a stellar view. Close to Lake Geneva and its small towns. Great food at nearby restaurants.

Jacuzzi was not working, unfortunately. Sent a message but didn't receive a reply.

I liked the size of the room. The fireplaces were nice and the spa tub on the loft was neat. The bed was comfortable and the decor was pleasant.

There were several knobs including the knobs on the spa tub that were loose or broken. There were not enough towels provided for 2 days considering that there was a spa tub. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper available and the tissue box was nearly empty. There were parts of the room that were dirty and the fan in the bathroom was crusted with dust. Our room was never cleaned by housekeeping during our stay.

The room was a little outdated and the fireplace worked partially of the time. It was cozy and the location is great, but I could have stayed in a nicer place for the price.

Old and outdated. They really need to upgrade the rooms.

The tv remote didn't work needed batteries and since there was no staff and no store close by we couldn't watch tv and the fireplace didn't work at all this was a huge let down as this was a romantic get away so we couldn't watch tv or use the fireplace.

Everything was good. The location was nice and the facilities were adequate to great. I would definitely come back again.

I wish there were more attention to detail in terms of what's available for the guests. For instance, I could have really used a wine opener!

It was a great two day getaway. Quiet, beautiful too and location with Mars restaurant walking distance.
