"Comfortable, spacious cottage with great views; friendly, helpful, generous host."

This was our second time here. We love the quiet location, view over farmland and distant view of the bay with sunsets. Anna-Marie has been so generous and friendly, which has very much enhanced our stays here. The cottage is spacious with all that's needed for cooking and relaxing. It is not far to good walking tracks and the ocean. Plenty to see in the greater area. Thanks again and we hope to return.

Host Anne is very kind & very helpful. Facilities are brilliant. Location is superb with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean, peaceful tidy cottage

"Perfection!"

We can’t say good night good things about Anna-Marie and this charming bed-and-breakfast. The amenities and all the extra touches that she puts into your stay shows how much she loves being a hostess for people traveling through New Zealand. Everything was superb! From the linens, to the bathroom, to the food including homemade scones, to the stunning view of Thames, the little sheep right beside us—the list could go on and on.

Absolutely nothing could have been better-:)
