Modern 1 bedroom apartment close to Penzance town centre.

The street address was not the entry. The entry to the unit was from a back laneway. The laneway was in a delipidated state and so were the 2 properties that you past as you walked through the passage from the gate.

The apartment is comfortable. Clean, free from clutter. The bedroom linen as well as the towels good hotel quality. Everything to make your stay enjoyable this apartment has it. The only complaint was just on my first day. On the following day it was very quiet, peacefull. No traffic noise. Photos of this place, speak for themself. Exactly as shown on the website. Darren was very attentive, good communication thru out. I will definately book this place again.

There was lots of pacing upstairs, I believe they were doing some works untill around 10pm. After that all was good. I believe the room could do with blackout curtains.

The property is located in a very quiet place, near center and walking distance to many places. Clean room, and meets the standards of a guest who looks for a place to call home away from home
