Central Two-Bedroom Apartment with Scenic Mountain

The towels and beddings were very clean

The toilets were so pathetic. Smelling before we could use them. The beds are really bad. They must actually be replaced. Please take interest to check 1407 specifically. Next time I will book the same place but take note of my concerns

I liked the view

The fact there was not enough plates to use We were 4 people and enough plates The zink did not have a prop to close for the water And we did not have hot water the whole weekend because they did not check if the geyser was functional only to find out it burst when we contacted the them It was very annoying to stay like that

1 glass for 4 people. No basin plug in kitchen. No coffee. Hairdryer didnt work.

Self-catering apartment location was excellent. This is one of the few positive things we experienced.

Our host was missing in action and gave us wrong information. He was also not reachable. The Security staff at the building were the rudest people. They should be taught how to deal with customers. The apartment itself was not bad. Normal cooking utensils were present but no control of which assets are available in the apartment and there were also not enough crockery utensils.

Everything was up to standard.

They did not provide enough tea equipment.and they must provide tags for everybody

The cleanliness and the Table Mountain View.

The staff from reception are not friendly. The blanket should be added to the other room, we had only 1 extra blanket.
