Central Two-Bedroom Apartment with Scenic Mountain

It was well priced for the size and location

Cleaning of apartment before we checked in was not done properly, no bedside lamp worked in second room and the check out arrangement was incorrect and our assistant with check out was terrible.

The apartment was nice with great views

There should be few more cutlery items added. There was no bowls at all. Traveling with a child making him food was a disaster. Either than that good stay, will definitely come back.

I loved the washing machine and dryer - they were great! The coffee was also really good. Plus, the shower gel had such a lovely scent. And the view of Table Mountain was stunning!

The beds were a major letdown - two single beds were completely worn out, and you could feel the springs when you lay down. On a positive note, the apartment was clean, although they had forgotten to leave the dish towel.

The views and location were amazing!

The couch was a bit dirty. The check-in process was good for us since we had a car. However, because of what we experienced from security ladies when we were not using the car; it would have been a lot less pleasant to check in and move around the apartments. Suggestion is for security to be informed of guests and be kinder and more patient with people who don’t necessarily know how things work.

There is only one tag which is extremely inconvenient for a place which can occupy 4 people. Security doesn’t allow you in without someone coming down who has the tag. The intercom doesn’t work because otherwise the person upstairs would be able to open for you so it’s just inconvenient. Don’t recommend
