Central Two-Bedroom Apartment with Scenic Mountain

They are not honest and don't know how to threat their guests and makes their guests waits for them and they are rude

The view was amazing and the beds and couch were very comfortable. Access to the building was safe and secure.

There was no cloth to dry dishes with or to wipe counters. The kitchen cupboards looked a bit worse for wear and there were cockroaches in the broom cupboard. :-/

The view of table mountain is beautiful, it is close to all the important places you want to see. Very quite safe place.Thanks

There are small cockroaches in the apartment,but I sprayed it with insecticide.other than that the place is beautiful,

Clean and tidy, not much you can do as the TV didn't work.

Misleading add, I looked for the cheapest place as we had to be up early the next morning to attend a funeral. The add showed R634 for 1 night and I was billed R1734.75, now to be told the additional cost is for cleaning and VAT charges. Who charges R1101.75 for VAT and cleaning???

Everything was in the right place.

The view

- The beds are old and worn. You can feel the springs. - The couch had lots of stains. - The cutlery and break-ware didn’t cater for even 3 people. For instance there was only 1 cereal bowl and 2 big spoons. - No place to hang your towels. The towel railings are broken off. - Not all lights were working. - The dustbins and toaster and dented and damaged. - The curtains in living room is not the correct size - it does not look neat. - The toilet takes 10 minutes to refill. - Could not communicate properly with the host. Phone calls were very frustrating. - More often than not you need to make use of the utility lift. - It’s difficult to open or close the sliding windows. - There is visible damage to the washing machine that does not look neat.

We checked in, went out for the evening only for the property manager to harass us at dinner (9.30 pm) to say she checked us into the wrong apartment and we needed to move to the new apartment the next day by 10am. We had plans for the entire day the next day and had reservations for the morning which we had to cancel in order for us to move apartments at a time that suited them. They wanted us to pick up the keys from another location to move into the new apartment even though this was an issue on their side. Eventually after many phone calls they agreed to drop the keys off. Extremely unprofessional.
