The location.

The unit itself is dingy and dirty. Airconditioners are not functioning right. The bedroom with the en-suite bath smells like sewer the whole time.

Spacious and convenient.

The shower in the toilet not working and the faucet dont have enough water. The toilet flash needs repair. But we're all good & enjoyed our stay, until next time. Thank you

The Location is good since it is in the City Center.

The Host didn’t inform the reception that guests were coming, despite the fact that our booking is confirmed, and I texted him of our time of arrival, prompting us to call him first before the staff allowed us to check-in. The place is old, some fixtures needs to be fixed or replaced, foul odor on the rooms upstairs, incomplete basic amenities like hanger on the cabinets, no flat iron, not enough rugs to use, no chopping board. Kitchen not so clean.

My family had a bad experience on this unit booking! They came to check in at around 2pm but the receptionist informed there was no booking on the said property. Contacted the owner and again they forgot that there will be a booking on that day. They forced my family to wait for the cleaning of the property what a mess! Never should you book in this property! The guards in the building even attempted to let my family go out of the building is it our fault that this unit was not even prepared the booking was paid before we rented the propert. What a disaster and never again to book to this property as it will just ruin your family vacation!

The owner was not aware that booking was placed on the said day. They dod not even clean the property . How come they accepted the booking with fees without even knowing my family is booked for this! We completely paid for this booking.
