Prime location in The Firmont, Sea Point

Place sparsely equipped and not well decorated.

Location was excellent, apartment was nice and big.

Bedding needs to be replaced with new ones, linen as well. A/C will be a bonus.

Absolutely lovely stay. Nicole, the host, found out I was travelling with my family and allowed me to check in four hours early. Property is across the road from the Promenade. The apartment is well located and hosts are really easy to contact. Beds were comfy and unit was spotless.

L'appartement était confortable, spacieux, bien équipé. Les 2 salles de bain sont un confort certain. Il est très bien situé pour visiter la ville ainsi que les sites géographiques comme la TABLE MOUNTAIN, la péninsule du CAP ... Le restaurant / épicerie à l'angle de la rue permet de bénéficier d'un très bon petit-déjeuner, de produits frais comme des fruits, des légumes, et d'une épicerie fine. La personne à l'accueil est toujours souriante et disponible.

L'appartement est très chaud. Comme il est situé au dessus d'un quartier commerçant et à circulation routière très dense, il est impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Des ventilateurs plus performants seraient les bienvenus.

Everything is perfectly clean and comfortable. The showers are perfect, which is very important to me, especially during winter! Nicole was very accommodating and responsive.

The flat was clean and attractively setout

The flat was very noise and the complex was noise, the showers had virtually no water pressure and the windows do not have blockout windows.

The flat was hotter than the Sarah Desert with no aircon. Flat is above a bar and street is busy, so couldn't open windows for fresh air. Kitchen had cockroaches.

Very friendly and reliable host, always answering quickly to our questions. Nicely sized apartment, a bit aged in some details, but overall very comfortable. The available parking spot was a big plus.
