Prime location in The Firmont, Sea Point

Can be a bit noisy at times.

Communication was great, which was really appreciated. It's a spacious 2 bed, en suite with bath and main bathroom, great showers, dining area and kitchen. There's private parking and friendly security. We were on 3rd floor and there was a lift. Location was great, in sea point, lovely promenade walk.. We felt safe There was a pick and pay 5 mins walk for food, chemist etc and a cash point. Just below flat there was a cute coffee shop, and another across the road. There was also a laundry place but we didn't realise you had to leave clothing for 24 hours and they closed on weekends. Overall, would definitely recommend

Would have liked another bin liner and more cutlery The windows weren't double glazing and it got v lively outside especially sat and sun eve. Pleased we were on 3rd floor

This apartment is walking distance to the beach road. Walking distance to supermarket s,restaurants, and MOJO Market. Very lively area. This apartment has good secure parking area. Restaurants are just below this apartment block.Will definitely book this apartment. Our host Nicole was great. Very helpful.

Location and status of the apartment.

Flat has basic needs. Beds are comfy. Flat is clean. Close to all the shops and beachfront. Nicole is very accommodating as we needed to check out a bit later. Safe parking inside gated complex with 24h security.

Flat is in the noisy part of Seapoint on main road. Flat is light inside in the evenings, curtains are not blockout so if you are use to a dark room then can be difficult to fall asleep. No mirrors in the bedrooms if you want to blow dry your hair. Pots in the kitchen needs to be replaced Flat served it's purpose for the weekend.

We loved every moment of our stay. The location is convenient and close to all the things we wanted to see. It felt like our home away from home, and we've already decided that when we go back to CT, we'll definitely stay here again.

Nothing, besides the no-plug for the kitchen sink.😀
