That the animals can walk through the property which makes it more exciting and engaging. All the staff are absolutely outstanding 10 out of 10 for them.

It’s a little bit dated and for sure the bathrooms need to be looked at as the lighting is really appalling.

Location: The location was amazing, offering convenience and beautiful surroundings. 4. Surroundings: The surroundings were impressive and added to the overall experience.

1. Blinds: Blinds are outdated and require an upgrade. 2. Fans: Standing fans lack sufficient quality or aesthetic appeal. Consider investing in higher-end models. 3. Windows: Several windows are broken and need immediate repair to ensure safety and functionality. 4. Power Points: Power outlets are being turned off at night, which prevents necessary device charging (e.g., phones). This should be addressed to avoid inconvenience. 5. Bathrooms: Shower curtains need replacement or upgrading for better hygiene and appearance. 6. Drainage Issues: The hippo pond and the area near the bar have drainage problems (faeces accumulation). Proper drainage is required as the bar smells. The rooms also smell.
