Great location for visiting all the attractions in Seville. All were within walking distance. House is authentically decorated and had all the facilities we needed, including kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, shower room, TV and private roof terrace with mini pool. Hosts were accommodating by letting us leave bags there whilst cleaning was still in progress and the cleaner, Carmen was very friendly and offered us water and suggested a nearby place for lunch.

Areas of the house need a little attention: air conditioning didn't work in the living room, shower leaks into living room below, pool on roof terrace needs cleaning properly and the plastic float in the pool did not contain any chlorine.

La localisation

Very disappointing experience. The property does not match the photos or the description at all. It cannot be considered as having two separate bedrooms, as advertised, and there are no blackout curtains, making it difficult to rest properly. The house was extremely dirty and in very poor condition. There was water leaking from the shower into the living room, which is completely unacceptable. Due to the lack of cleanliness, there were mosquitoes inside the property, and even the dishwasher was dirty and in bad condition. The layout offers no privacy, as there are no doors between some of the rooms, which made it hard for everyone to sleep comfortably. The swimming pool was also in a terrible state, full of foam and not usable. Overall, the property does not reflect the listing in any way. Very disappointing, especially considering that finding alternative accommodation at short notice is much more expensive. I would not recommend this place.

Good location, helpful friendly and responsive hosts. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedding and heating was effective.

Didn’t realise there was no privacy in bedrooms (or able to separate lighting) having to walk through one to access shower and other bedroom. A little tired decoratively esp kitchen and shower room.

Prachtige locatie midden in het oude centrum.

Veel trappen!

We zijn er maar kort geweest, was prima plek om vanuit hier Sevilla te ontdekken. Geen gebruik gemaakt van de keuken.

Toen we het bad op het dakterras in gingen kwam de buurman klagen vanaf zijn terras.... zucht. Was gevaarlijk, niet gewenst door hen en of we dat even door wilden geven aan de eigenaren. Nou was een heerlijk badje maar zat niet echt te wachten op zijn geklaag en het zure gezicht van de buurvrouw.

Hosts and team were great, throughtful and helpful. The place was great.

Needs a washing machine as standard these days!
