Clean and had everything we needed, I would say it’s a quiet caravan site but that’s what we wanted Were the van is it’s private if you sat on the patio which is nice The whole site is very clean and well maintained They got a lake which was nice to sit by and seen the baby ducks Beach not to far away

The only thing was we had no WiFi Reception lady said you had to pay for it but didn’t no price as it how much WiFi you use But to be honest it was nice not to be on your phones 😂😂

"It could have been better with hot water and heating"

On site there was a restaurant called the Boathouse which provided entertainment in the form of Bingo, musical bingo and vocal shows. The location was close to the high street and the beach, lots of shops, cafe, restaurants and pubs to visit. The caravan was clean on the inside and comfortable.

The boiler wasn't working, I took photos and was communicating with the property agent, they told me how to 'fix' it but the pilot light was out and I couldn't see any ignition button. With no hot water and no heating we left the caravan a day earlier then we expected. Once home they asked if we called the out of hours service and said that they had visited the caravan and the boiler was working fine. It was during office hours so no I didn't call the out of hours service and I was emailing the property agent at the time. I took photo's of the boiler and it's error message and it was not working.

Location fine. Heating very efficient. Quiet position.

Had to wash all the crockery and cutlery as weren't that clean. Weren't informed that the cleaner had arrived as we were ready to vacate. That would have been helpful

Location

The fact towels/linen/2 week deposit charge are not in the main description. I think the fact charges are made should be within the description so there are no surprises. Also to say the deposit will be returned within 2 weeks is ridiculous (if everything is ok of course) It takes less than 2 minutes to refund online.
