"Nothing fantastic"

There’s plenty similar apartments or hotels around. So there’s nothing unusual. However it is near a nice souvenir shop and cafe and ski resort.

1) communication was difficult due to poor English? 2) door lock was not working and it’s not fixed. Luckily nothing happened. 3) no customer service support. Location is difficult to reach and taxis are choosy. Hotel could actually help to tie up with taxis company to ease transport. Anyway it’s just a suggestion.

"A memorable stay with lots of excitement seeing the northern lights comfortably from the room"

I like everything about the property! The location was ideal to spot the northern lights. The glass ceiling was very clear and we get to see the northern lights a few times in the comfort of the room! The Sauna room was great addition to make a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped.
