Historic 17th century farmhouse in Wales

Beautiful atmospheric cottage with all the comforts of home for a weekend away. Fabulous comfortable lounge and large comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful views from every window.

Nothing to dislike

The cottage was cosy,spacious and well set up with some unusual items but very fitting for the cottage age. Plenty of dinning chairs and comfy sofas., beds were very comfortable with nice white bed linen. Plenty of towels provided if required. Tea,coffee and sugar provided but not required by us nice touch to be left a packet of Welsh cakes, which we did sample.

There wasn’t anything we disliked.

Fabulous view, cozy fire, comfortable interiors

Beautiful location, cozy farmhouse and the hosts were lovely.

There was nothing we didn’t like, only the kitchen would benefit from a few new pans.

The farmhouse (it really is a house not a cottage) manages to be really in the countryside, but a short drive from a Tesco superstore. The rooms are spacious and the huge fireplace noteworthy. The wifi worked well. Upstairs there is a small ensuite toilet in one room and a big bathroom (big bath, small shower) on the landing. The kitchen is very well appointed. We appreciated the easy-to-use washing machine. Great views from the house, and nice country walks around.

We both found the front door awkward to unlock.

Stunning location with beautiful views over the countryside. Very peaceful. Everything you needed was supplied in the cottage. Loads of character including a great fireplace. Friendly owners.

We liked everything but maybe could have more chairs/table for outside - there was only 3 chairs for 4 people
