The property was not cleaned upon arrival, very neglected, tired, dirty, and of poor standards. The sofa is so badly stained with I dread to think what, that we had to cover it with a blanket. Bathroom and kitchen, including cuttlery, had to be thoroughly cleaned prior to use Mould in the bed - unacceptable! Bathroom also dirty and mouldy. I imagine when these apartments were new or renovated, they were lovely. However, whoever is supposed to be maintaining the property is clearly not. They need gutting, a thorough clean, new furniture and re painting, then maintaining properly not just left to rot. I'm not one to normally leave reviews, but this was so bad, it sadly spoilt our stay entirely!

The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired—sofas, kitchen surfaces, and floors were not properly cleaned. The bathroom showed signs of poor DIY work and felt quite outdated. Although the manager insisted that check-out instructions were available in the apartment, I searched thoroughly and found none. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not reflect good value for money, and I ended up leaving six hours earlier than planned.
