Secure parking, good WiFi, easy access, well equipped kitchen, spacious.

Shower not working fully so couldn't mix cold water for right temperature, sofa alot of staining, no dish towel or kitchen towel available. Lack of pillows on bed only one each.

Was so nice.. really tidy and in a secure area don’t hear any noise

Beautiful location on the edge of a park and 20mins walk from the station. Lovely clean apartment. Had everything you needed including hair straighteners and a hair dryer. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fully kitted out (though I did't use it) and it had a nice bathroom with bath and shower. I wasn't there for long, but I was very pleased with the apartment and would definitely look to use the same company again.

The door was very hard to unlock initially. The key got stuck. You had to push the door hard, whilst turning the key which I finally worked out. It stated there were checkout instructions, but there weren't any in the apartment. it might be better to give these on the app. I asked through messages and get a prompt response though. I also got stuck getting out. There was an automatic gate for cars, but I couldn't see anyway to open it whilst on foot. I asked and they said the sensor should pick me up, but the gates didn't open. I was in a rush so in the end I climbed over the wall to get out. Maybe a manual gate override wold help stop this happening in the future.

The location was excellent, the property was secure, and the amenities were good. Did what it said on the tin..

Double bed was OK, but could do with upgrading sooner rather than later. Flush on toilet very weak, sometimes multiple flushes required.
