Taieri Bank Cottage - Middlemarch, Otago

Absolutely superb in every way. Obviously a lot of thought had gone into providing a comfortable and relaxing stay in a delightful location. We particularly liked the booklet explaining the history of the property.

Stayed one night before starting the Otago Rail Trail. Great location and facilities. Appreciated the extra treats that could be purchased. Enjoyed learning the history of this cute cottage.

Lovely variety for breakfast. Well stock with extras at a reasonable price available. Nice and quiet, perfect. Not far from the small town, easy to find. Just loved it.

On one of the nights there were noises in the wall, annoying till feel asleep. 😆
