Close to the beach

I had to buy hangers, broom, and mop to keep the apt clean. The control to the bedroom didn’t work. I did buy new batteries.

Location to Beach was superior! The host were reachable by email quickly. The deadbolt electronic locks were fantastic. Food options around the location amazing! Quiet and neighbors friendly!

BEWARE!!! This apartment is not what is depicted on the pictures. We flew in for a funeral only to discover this disaster of a place. There is mold/mildew on the ceilings and on the lamp. Someone booked the same time as us and was able to use a key to enter, but my sister was able to stop the couple from entering. After explaining the situation, the property owner argued with us and refused to refund the entire amount. This is not only about health it's more about safety. Someone else has the ability to enter while staying! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!

Hostess very accommodating, location was really peaceful and convenient and having the ability to cook

Door keypad a lil creepy for me would have preferred an extra lock when inside to feel more secure. And having to pay for parking

Clean, close to the beach, and had everything surrounding it!

The location is amazing! Literally two steps to the beach and the Hollywood promenade. Parking was also close, always could find an available spot for our car at any time of the day. The parking rate was high, but the host provided a parking discount which was very nice of them.

Not the host's fault but wish to mention it to those who are planning to take their pet friend with them. Although the location is perfect for spending time on the beach we couldn't do it. Unfortunately, neither beach nor the promenade allows dogs, so we couldn't enjoy them as we had our Jack Russel terrier with us. But there is a wonderful dog beach 4 min drive from the apartment. So keep it in mind if you are planning to take your pet friend with you.

WORST STAY EVER

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Roaches, Mold, Bed sink In, Dirty Fridge, Blinds Broken(people looking inside), rusty pipes, cheap furniture, no communication until 2 hours before checking in the day of. I told them I killed a roach my family all slept in the room because of This and left out early as possible and booked a different stay and after all this no refund or compensation. why is this property even on this website Booking.com needs to do better. I have Pictures also that won’t post for some reason You have been WARNED!!!
