Hollywood Beach Apartments - Walk to the Beach

I liked the location: close to cafes and stores and to the beach of course. It is also very clean. It has cooking utensils, a range, a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker, so you can cook there. Complimentary ground coffee was offered.

It doesn’t have a patio, so, nowhere to seat outside. The place could use some repair: damaged window shades, towel hangers that fall off the wall whenever touched. Also, one of the windows faced the inner yard with garbage bags piled one onto another right in front of it.

Being on the beach, spacious, the bed

No laundry, far from laundromat, price and no housekeeping

The location is perfect, just literally 10 steps from the beach

Parking is a little bit annoying, but not a big deal because the garage it was right in fron of the street

hubo algunas fallas en la comunicacion: * me informaron que tendria parking de carro gratuito y resulto que tuve que terminar pagando diariamente mas de $20 adicionales por dia y eso desfaso mi presupuesto por completo. *luego la cocina no funcionaba y tuve que improvisar con una ornilla pequenita electrica que no era lo mejor para poder cocinar. como detalle me aloje 3 semanas, pague elevado y jamas vinieron hacer limpieza o cambiar sabanas. eso estuvo un poco flojo por parte de los duenos pero en general me gusto mucho la locacion. los duenos deberian procurar arreglar un poco toda la infra estructura del lugar que parece vieja. definitivamente volveria a alojarme, si estas cosas estuvieran resuelta y el precio bajara un poco.

Not easy to get in. Needed my ID and SEPARATE security deposit I wasn’t able to pay earlier. Just put the deposit into the reservation. Caused me extra stress.

The host were very accessible

Location is nice

The personal is so aggressive, The host came in without my permission and I was without clothes. The super bad mattresses a very uncomfortable bed very soft was like in a hole.
