The location and the people around the area

The room smelled like mold, my husband was bitten by something not sure if it was a bedbug. The towel seem to be towels other guests had left behind. They were all different color. There was no outside sitting area. Everything was out dated. They accused me of stealing a knob off the stove, it was missing when we arrived. I didn’t strip the bed because I wasn’t for sure what was under the sheets. And they kept my deposit. We were out most of the time. I wouldn’t recommend this suite to anyone.

Location was perfect. Near the beach and everything.

When I walked to the property, it was dark and not functional. Blue building with all lights off. Was told someone was working on the apartment and then 15 minutes later was told they have another property 45 minutes away from where I wanted. This listing shouldn’t be up at all if this one isn’t working.

Everything‘s good. The only thing parking is limited. There’s a parking garage across the street which you can get a discount parking from when you stay there.

Location and felt safe.

Beachfront. Conveniently located. Clean.

Needs to be renovated. The pictures listed on the booking were inaccurate and misleading. We chose to leave because of the overall condition. Still awaiting a refund from the property.

No hot water in shower and place is run down everything was broke little to no up keep they never sent anyone to fix problems very confusing they said only 3 people then let me have 4 for 250 more dollars after I was on my to property only towels I had to get my own toilet paper and sheets because they stunk i was fine I could of got passed it all but the no hot water in shower set me off and they wouldn't fix it

Very close to the beach and short walk to beachfront restaurants.

Air conditioning was very noisy all night, difficult to sleep.

The property was moldy and run down with rusty appliances and fixtures and tired old facilities. It is close to the beach and boardwalk but not worth booking.. Zero stars I would not recommend staying here.

The rust and mold. I am still waiting for my deposit and refund to be returned, and still coughing. The management talked a good game but are frauds. Do not stay here!
