Hollywood Beach Apartments - Walk to the Beach

Great location 2min from beach / quick response from managers / well stocked kitchen / I felt safe Needs : new pillows/ new towels / the cleaning solution was strong ( it was clean )

Great location near the beach, walking distance and it was quiet where you could have a peaceful sleep Seems like a safe place too

Would have been perfect if there were a washer in the apartment, even a small one. There was one outside but you’d have to put quarters in, pay for it, and you don’t know if it does work or not.

it had alot of potential if the management cocompany/owner took half a moment to take care of it

everything from the management company to the pparking to thr the cleanness of it. the boogers on the wall to hair on the toilet, the floors were filthy oh yeah and the tons of mold. we were left 2 half rolls of toilet paper and 2 dirty towels. there is no actual parking either we had to pay 92 dollars a night and if it overlaps you get a beautiful 40 dollar ticket. and no you are not to park in the garage across the street you must be a local resident. so the qr code they provided 3 days later isn't valid.
