Location was great, room was clean and comfortable. WiFi, TV and coffee machine a nice bonus. Breakfast in the March Hare was fabulous. Once we turned the heating on the room warmed up nicely.

No double glazing meant the traffic was a little louder than I would expect but the road wasn't too busy.

Shower was a bit weak. Windows could be updated from single glaze

"Poor"

Shower was cold. Windows broken and wouldn’t close properly so cold and mould on the frames. Key pad for the door wouldn’t work so stood out freezing in the cold for 30 mins as no one would answer and no maned reception. No batteries in tv remote.

Lovely accommodation right above The March hare who do beautiful food and coffee. Perfect location for pubs and not far to the racecourse
