Shower was terrible. Room didn't get cleaned every day. We was never given our entry pin. We had to ring for it.

The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast in the cafe fantastic and very good value.

Noisey from the outside road. No kettle or hair dryer.

Parking was in a public car park so if you were lucky you got a space, we have a blue badge otherwise we would have had to pay a parking charge. Stairs to rooms very steep, so no easy access especially carrying luggage. Room very small, very warm weather so had to open all the windows, so very little sleep with noisy traffic. On booking we were informed we would receive an email with entry code, no email was received, so had to phone to gain access. Also information on website and in room regarding cafe opening times needs to be updated as no evening opening at all.

Very clean and spacious room easy access good price had breakfast in the cafe below very good and reasonable price 👍

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and the room was very clean which was very much appreciated after the hotel we had stayed in the night before! It exceeded our expectations and we would happily recommend to others and stay again.

The soap was empty!

Great location, friendly staff, nice clean room.

Shower wouldn’t heat to more than 23oC presumably due to a fault. Had to rush off to a meeting so ended up having a shower in this really cold water which for me seemed unbearable. I was NOT happy at all.

The rooms were clean and furnished well. Very comfortable bed and helpful staff. It was a cold weekend but the rooms felt nice and warm.

The shower could have been a bit more powerful. But overall I was very happy with everything.

The room was nicely decorated and pretty spacious, the bathroom was big, had a minor battle with the shower in the morning that wouldn't heat up for me, but 30 mins later it was nice and hot again. There was a decent tv and channels that work ! Places to hang clothes, and store items. No hair dryer, which was an oversite on my behalf as it wasn't listed in the facilities, so pack one yourself :) A good size bed, and drinks and snacks. Spotlessly clean, and the towels and laundry smelled lovely as did the provided shampoo and conditioner. Really very good value. The discount for the cafe downstairs was a great touch and the egg benedict is highly recommended ! Location is fab, with easy parking and pubs literally outside in the square.

Pretty much nothing, other than the bed mattress springs are making themselves a tad prominent. Still had a comfortable night's sleep however so not a major issue. Over all, a really nice stay and will revisit.
