Finding the keys, without the video guidance, it would have been difficult.

The Unit was clean and tidy and offered snacks.

It was hard to find the key to the lockbox. Best idea is to have a visitors book in the room too, The unit was quite noisy at night due to the traffic.

The location was good, once we got in and the apartment is nicely finished. Communication with the host was very good throughout our stay and although we never really figured out how to get clothes dry, they did try to help us figure it out. It was nice to have a washer and we just hung clothes until completely dry.

The lockbox is located in what initially feels like a sketchy back parking lot (it’s actually fine), and is difficult to find even with the video they sent to show you where it is. The problem was they sent me the wrong code, so we couldn’t get the box open. We finally realized that booking.com and the host sent two different codes. luckily the second one worked. Unfortunately, there is only 1 key for 4 people, so you have to coordinate coming and going, especially because you need the key to get into the building. There’s a steep learning curve with how to use the washer/dryer and how to get hot water in the showers. The bedrooms were VERY small and the doors loudly slam automatically. But the biggest issue is that they advertise a King bed and it’s more like a Full. They are very well aware of this (and choose to list a King sized bed) because as I discovered too late, there are multiple reviews that mention it. So they COULD clarify their listing by giving a dimension of the beds if they wanted to. Also, don’t expect much in the way of the snacks that are provided.

Location was good. Decor was tasteful. Convenient parking next to the building.

Double bed was not very comfortable.

Gorgeous apartment. Very clean and modern. Perfect location. Would absolutely recommend.
