Location was perfect, the decoration and facilities in the apartment were great. Great size accommodation for 4 adults

The keylock box location, dark alleyway area - didnt feel safe. Also all the doors in the apartment are squeaky and need oiling.

Location was excellent and the property was really clean and had everything we needed

Beds were a bit short as the foot my partner is 6 ft 3 so his feet were squashed at the end as there is a strong smell of weed constantly

The apartment had everything we needed and the complementary basket of goodies was a nice touch. Location was a 10 minute walk from the centre. Great communication from the host. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Without the video link, we would never have been able to locate the locked box for the key. A spare key would also be handy.

Fairly good location. Although the building is very busy it felt quite safe.

Checking in was very difficult. The instructions are in a Google drive so I had to have access to my own Google account (Im sure not everyone has a Google account) and request access to be able to view the video. We never would have found the lockbox without the video. Then the 2 different pin numbers we were given didn't work and so we had to wait until someone arrived to help us. Im very grateful it wasn't raining as the lockbox where we spent a lot of time trying to get the key out of the box unsuccessfully.

I was away for my 60th with my 3 sons we could have been doing with another fob but we managed it

Nice clean flat, well kept with good facilities decent location. All four of us old guys enjoyed our stay. Host very helpful with quick replies to any questions

Would never have found lock out box from directions, couldn’t get video link to open on my phone ( probably my cheap phone ) but luckily the host was lightening fast with her reply and sent video via WhatsApp to my phone, found it straight away. I did know it was a 16:00 check- in wasn’t expecting to arrive much before that but with quick flight and taxi ride got there just over an hour early and although flat was ready and empty was told would cost £15 to get in at 15:00 found that a bit disappointing but paid it out of my £100 deposit. Only one key for flat, this wasn’t great, a couple of spare keys in the flat wouldn’t go amiss. The instructions for hot water were followed, hit boost, screen goes blue, be patient wait 20 minutes before showering but one person got luke warm shower and three got cold showers two days running but this could have been operator error I suppose and certainly freshened us up.

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement in guter Lager. Wir haben die Stadt zu Fuss erkundet. Alles war sauber und Snacks standen bereit. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Schlüssel etwas kompliziert deponiert, aber mit dem Video des Gastgebers gut zu finden.

Lovely flat in an excellent location. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Clean, spacious, with all the facilities you would want in a flat. Some nice touches in there too with free tea/coffee and other treats. Only issue might be collecting the key, the owner will send you a link to a video as to where to find it, definitely watch this and you’ll have no issue, don’t try to find without!

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The apartment is in a great location, close to the centre of Belfast. The communication from the hosts was very good and they were very helpful when we contacted them.

We did struggle to locate the lock box for the key and with working the boiler for hot water. We had instructions but it did still take us a while to work out how to use the boiler. There was only 1 entrance fob and 1 door key.
