Liked the location of the property

Could not have a hot shower until they sorted the problem.

Great location and lovely decorated apartment

It was quite warm/stuffy, A/C would have been an added bonus but we did stay when the weather was warmer than usual

Super clean, stylish apartment 15 minutes walk into the centre of Belfast. Nice bedding, comfortable beds & powerful showers. Also good communication from the host. Needs more mugs & “free” snacks!

The apartment was lovely, only around £6 in an uber from centre, easy to get the key from lock box, very modern decor, really enjoyed our stay as a group of women, good base for our Belfast trip to visit the cities local pubs in cathedral quarters and titanic quarter.

The host communicated very well when we had questions.

We rented for 5 people since the description states the appartment can host 1-5 people. The appartment was set-up to receive 4 guests only when we arrived (4 chairs at the table, 4 forks, 4 large plates, 4 tiny plates, etc.). No extras. 4 towels were out (although there were some extra towels in a bag hidden in the ward-robe). The ‘’free snacks’’ were nothing like in the picture. There were some old cereal boxes already opened and tiny chocolate in a Jar, but that’s it. Feels like fake advertising on that part. A few other things felt off like the beds being smaller then described (see the picture, this is not a king bed in our book… more like a full or twin bed), but I won’t consider them in my review as I am unsure of the typical size of beds in the UK.

We really enjoyed our stay, many attractions are within walking distance, including St George’s market and City Hall. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and was immaculately clean.

Flat was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Some essentials were provided, such as tea, coffee and cereal. Great location. Response time to messages was very prompt.

Description says there is free parking but there isn't. Parking is in a public car park which costs £7 per day. Tea coffee and cereal provided but no milk. Getting the key was a bit of a faff. Being sent down a dark alleyway at night on my own to get a key wasn't great.

The lift wasn't working. Not ideal when you're staying on the fifth floor.
