From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted. In addition, the State of Perak has imposed Local Service Charges of RM 3 per room per night for all hotel categories, effective January 1, 2025, in accordance with the Perak Hotels Regulations 2024. Beautiful backdrop of jungle mountains,exceptional staff … in restaurant and at the desk … kind and extremely attentive… We had a high floor suite with wonderful pool and jungle views… it was very nice to be a little out of the city but near many attractions …

It was a little odd to have a kitchen in suite but not be allowed to use it…

Property grounds; quiet and nature, spacious suite rooms

No front desk overnight staff; I left at 6am and dealt with security to check out and they could not return my deposit in cash; also, location is difficult to get Grab taxi
