Property Notes

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted. In addition, the State of Perak has imposed Local Service Charges of RM 3 per room per night for all hotel categories, effective January 1, 2025, in accordance with the Perak Hotels Regulations 2024. Beautiful scenery and pool

The beds are terrible. Very old and hard. Left the hotel with back pain. They didn’t have an alternative to sleep on

位置不错，离迷失乐园很近

早餐是我住过的酒店里面最差的，完全看不出五星级酒店的标准，甚至都不如三星级酒店，员工态度相当傲慢，问什么都是不屑一顾的，早上要个辣椒酱我都差不多吃完了才拿过来，是我住过的酒店里面最差最差的

"Incredibly stunning and I’ll be back!"

I cannot fault a single thing - the stay was exceptional! I booked a city facing 3 bedroom apartment but we got upgraded to the lakeside and oh wow it was absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend spending the extra amount to book the lakeside/mountain facing view. I got lucky to get upgraded but I would absolutely pay for it next time and I will be back! Ipoh is beautiful and there is lots to do also. The staff at Haven were incredible. The restaurant went above and beyond when I wanted to do something special for my husband’s birthday and allowed us to use the lakeside platform for a private dinner (not many knew that this was possible so definitely ask!)

Случайно вышло, что мы остановились в Ай-Похе. И так рады, что выбрали именно этот отель. Бассейн просто волшебный, особенно вечером с подсветкой, мы получили колоссальное удовольствие. Замечательный персонал, со всем помогали. Просторные и чистые апартаменты, удобная кровать, есть халаты и большие тапочки. Фильтр с водой, кофе-машина - очень порадовали. Доставка еды в номер (большое меню, вкусно готовят), услуги прачечной (всё хорошо постирали, очень аккуратно). Вид с балкона - шикарный. Один из лучших отелей, где мы останавливались в Малайзии.
