Property Notes

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted. In addition, the State of Perak has imposed Local Service Charges of RM 3 per room per night for all hotel categories, effective January 1, 2025, in accordance with the Perak Hotels Regulations 2024. "Excellent family vacation resort ."

Excellent location, polite staff, family friendly.

The bed mattress was not comfortable, too hard for us. The property should consider to replace these with 5 star quality mattresses.

"Getting a litte bit close to Nature with great hospitality"

Been here about 8 years ago and it is nice to see that they have succesfully maintained and improved the best things there - the scenery, the facilities and the hospitality. Security has also been improved and it is nice to see that there are now an area nearby (about 500m away) where you can get alternative food and personal items apart from the mini convenience shop inside.

This is not a bad thing, but it will be nice if they can improve on this over the years - the TV is already outdated. Many accomodations now use smart TVs yet they still use old blurry flat screens with limited channels. Then, they could provide a little bit more spread of choices for the breakfast.

Nice environment clean swimming pool

Limited breakfast space and forced to have breakfast at a temporary set up place. Atmosphere there not as good as at the proper place.

"Heerlijk verblijf voor 1 nachtje op doorreis"

Prachtig zwembad met geweldig uitzicht. Heel vriendelijke staff. Kamer was erg ruim en hadden upgrade gekregen naar kamer met fantastisch uitzicht.

Het is wat massaal en als je niet uitkijkt op het meer en zwembad heb je gelijk een hele andere ervaring denk ik.
