L’appartement vieillissant, la chaleur dans la douche, les odeurs dans la douche, l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la qualité médiocre du petit déjeuner. La propreté et les odeurs, je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de tester le spa mais au vu des avis je ne pense pas avoir rater quelque chose.

A little far from the city area

​We stayed only for one night, but the experience was memorable. Our suite was on a high floor with an absolutely breathtaking view of the limestone cliffs and the lake. The unit itself was excellent—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was also very attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. ​Overall, a great place for the views and the stay itself, but there is definitely room for improvement in the dining experience.

However, breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The quality didn't quite live up to the hotel's standards, and the flies in the dining area were quite bothersome, making it hard to enjoy the meal.

The tranquil surroundings and well laid out walking/jogging trail around the lake.

Shower water pressure low. Given voucher for welcome drinks which we didn't use as we arrived after 7pm. Only found the voucher in the card pouch with our breakfast vouchers. Staff should serve the drinks in the apartment for us to enjoy when we get into the apartment.

This was my first visit to Ipoh and everything at this hotel was to my liking. My compliments to the Management team and staff that were so friendly and helpful facilitating my exploring the local attractions. Inclusive of getting me arranged transport to have a full day out visiting Cameron Highlands . I had booked for breakfast only but having experienced the excellent buffet selection prepared by the chefs, I also chose to have dinner in the evenings. The Rack of New Zealand Lamb was excellent as was the local Malaysian dishes sampled and superb banana split. Particular thanks to manager Roy and the restaurant staff that advised on how spicy the Malaysian dishes would be suitable to my taste requirements. I loved the use of the swimming pool that was immaculately clean and had ample loungers and towels to use. I Also enjoyed having a full body massage in the spa and using the on site gym. My room was spacious with bonus of a balcony view and has a kept clean throughout.

Only thing I didn't like was that my wife was unable to join with me to experience this superb hotel. Had she been with me I would have stayed longer.

Firstly I’m very happy to get a unit upgrade, thanks so much! My unit was facing the lake and hills. The first thing that caught my eye was the view. It was absolutely breathtaking. So serene and calming. Exactly what me and my family were looking for. The unit was well equipped, very clean and my family and I were very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and super responsive too 🤗. Breakfast spread was great and delicious too. The property was also close to Ipoh town so exploring the surrounding areas wasn’t a problem.

Not that it matters too much but would be a customer experience elevating factor if smart TVs are provided in the units. A more complete dinnerware set and cutleries are provided as well. We’re a family of 5 but only set of 4 are available. For a more personalized and enhanced experience, it would be good to ensure that everything is being prepared accordingly to the number of guests you’re expecting. One last thing, flies control in the restaurant is quite poor. Need to improve on that.
