location (close to central bus station) spacious room with bay windows and view of the park cleanliness microwave, jug and kettle in the room excellent kitchen and conservatory ambience

lack of heating (it was cold at night with the heating turned off for the summer) lack of toiletries (it is unhygienic not to have soap available upfront in the toilet area) lack of privacy (manager entered room to leave a note which could have been attached to the door)

Excellent location to explore Exeter. Room includes microwave and fridge and excellent shared kitchen downstairs to cook meals. Hosts are very helpful and will go out of their way to help you.

My first night was spoilt by noise from a student party. The hosts did come out to investigate and it was unfortunate timing as it coincided with end of year exams and thirty degree heat which meant the end of year party was hosted outside. Just one of those things that couldn’t be helped.

The size of the room clean let us check in early kichen facilities.

No problem with the room .

Tolles Haus, liebevoll gestaltet und dekoriert, wir fühlten uns direkt wohl. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Kontakt war herzlich und zuvorkommend, der Check-in problemlos, alles sehr, sehr gut organisiert! Die Gemeinschaftsräume waren ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet und einladend. Die Lage ebenfalls optimal, kleinere Supermärkte in nächster Nähe, Innenstadt schnell erreichbar, alles TOPP, wir kommen gerne wieder!!:)
