"Convenient place to stay in lovely Topsham"

The cottage is in a good location for shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Topsham is a delightful place with lots of beautiful buildings, an interesting history and short walks along the quay and estuary. There are plenty of great places to explore in the wider area.

The bedding and towels could do with being replaced and the cottage would benefit from a refresh decoration-wise.

self catering. Facilities very good. Location excellent.

Maybe worth mentioning on details the height of the shower bath as difficult to get in and out of. Overall cleanliness was very good but skirtings, bedhead and lampshades were very dusty.

boiler had broken before we got to the premises so it was freezing and without hot water, couldn't get hold 9f the host no emergency contact numbers and we had to wait till 21.30 before it could go through as a cancellation so we struggled to find another hotel close by, also having to pay for another hotel before refund,,,and was said there would be a pint of milk in the fridge upon arrival but wasn't
