The house is small but the space has been used extremely well. There is everything you need for a relaxing break and the hosts are available if you need to contact them. Although the house is on the roadside, we were not disturbed by traffic noise and slept well. As it was Christmas, the owners had put a up a tree and decorations....a nice touch. We had a small issue but they came to the house on Christmas Eve to sort it out! Excellent service .... thank you.

The shower is over the bath and the bath is very deep. Although a step is provided, as we are both over the age of 80, it was a bit if a challenge to use!!

We liked everything!

Everything. The lovely house was very comfortable, had everything I needed, was very clean, within a very short walk to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes, and the estuary, where it's delightful to walk. Also incredibly convenient for buses, and the train station. The hosts were very helpful in answering any questions I had before my arrival, and during my stay. I certainly hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much.

No breakfast..but milk coffee tea sugar provided which was what we expected.

Not a dislike ..but a bizarre bath/shower

Not too far from the town centre.

Really nice small terraced house ideal for a short (or medium) length stay. Can't fault the facilities. Fully equipped kitchen, pleasant lounge area and good sized bedroom. Location was perfect and just a few minutes walk to the town centre or railway station. Didn't actually meet the owners but they responded to questions very quickly.

Nothing really. It is close to the road so some traffic noise is to be expected.

Bath was with high sides making it difficult to climb over,

The location suits us well, as we have friends in Topsham and Exmouth. The house is well-equipped and perfect for two. New parking restrictions, introduced since our last stay at Little Haven, meant there was only one car park, a ten minute walk away, to use which wasn't quite as convenient as nearby residential streets which we used overnight last time.

Located on Topsham High Street within walking distance of all amenities.
