Short walk to "The fire house" great craft ale & "The bridge" bit of a further pleasant walk but amazing country river views with great ale

Wouldn't recommend 4 adults as settee bed in bad shape.and the two armchairs were missing

Cosy , well equipped and comfortable cottage, excellently situated to enjoy and explore Topsham. Easy communication with owner quick responses and helpful tips eg eating out recommendations. Helpful to know about the long stay carpark for daily parking as we could leave the car and take the train to Exeter for our daughters graduation which was much better than taking the car into the city. Bus stop also outside. Could do with staying longer; lovely walking from Topsham and excellently served with cycle routes. We had time to enjoy walking to Darts Farm ; The Goat walk and around the lovely town.
