2 Bedroom Flat with free parking in Manchester

The flat was big and spacious, good locstion with a bus stop right outside to the city centre line 191 and 197.

We were met by a wide open front door to the buidling and there is laying a big old dirty bathtub next to the entrance. The smell in the building was awful and the carpet in the corridor was so dirty. When u come into the apartment in itself there is broken furniture there is pieces of furniture laying on the floor spider nets little bit everywhere. Walls are scratched and you would not want to walk without your shoes in this apartment. In the bathroom there is some kind of black looking mold all over the window. You can hear the neighbors so clearly through the walls and the door. Kitchen looks okay but we refused to cook in the kitchen because everywhere was so filthy. All the windows were wide open when we came and I assume they have some moist or mold problem in the building. This is the worst booking hotel I've ever stayed in, would not recommend to my worst enemies.

Bed was comfy

The building and location are disgusting. Old and run down inside and out. I’m sorry but it’s literally like a crack house or something. Kids screaming and crying next door until stupid hours. I would not recommend, at all. Apologies but I think you should show pictures of the outside, all the abandoned cars and rubbish and of the walk to the apartment. I’ve never stayed anywhere like it. Shame

It had lots of space

There was a lot of broken furniture , the kitchen window is broke so is open 24/7 . The neighbours are constantly screaming and shouting all day and night There was left over food and shower gels etc I take it from previous people

The beds were clean, the staff was clear and concise.

I didn’t like the location, AT ALL. The building was remarkable unclean. There were trash everywhere, musty hanged clothes and the place reeked mould and of smoke. Sadly, the flat also smelled of smoke and mould, so it was a struggle for us to sleep. The location itself didn’t feel the most safe. We had to leave the next day and go find another place to stay.

The flat was bit clutter free and the cleanliness was average. But it needs some TLC and small things fixed . The building is bit drab. Kindly include some extra towels and ironbox as people travelling might be needing to use it for press their clothes.

When we opened the front door of building .. it looked run down and dimly lit carpets were stained and it was on 3rd floor room, on weekends the music was blaring from diff flats all weekend and strong smell of weed. I was bit apprehensive but turned out the neighbours kept to themselves. The kitchen window was not closing and we messaged the landlord as there was a ladder till the roof to garden but he assured that the garden is locked so it turned out to be OK. The flat needs bit of tlc and something should be done about the front door which the landlord intimated that its bit dodgy and need some elbow grease to open it.

The kitchen and the bathroom are not bad, one of the bedrooms is in good condition

The bedsheet on the bed was worn and needs replacing. The flat has only two bedrooms and no living room, which was not clear from the listing. In one of the bedrooms, the sofa was in good condition, but the two chairs were very worn, and the leather was peeling and dropping onto the rug. These items should be updated to improve the quality of the stay.
