Oahu's Best Kept Secret

Our stay at this oceanfront home in Laie was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how immaculate and beautifully maintained the home was. The view was incredible — peaceful, breathtaking, and the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully done, and it truly had everything our family could possibly need while visiting Hawaii. You can feel the love and care the owners have poured into this home, and it made our stay feel so special and welcoming. This was one of those trips we will always remember, and we are already hoping we can come back again someday. Mahalo for sharing such a beautiful piece of paradise with our family!

Would be a good idea to update the paddle boards. We used one of them, but it cut my hand while carrying it because of the damaged plastic.

Beautiful Location and the house amenities and upgrades were superb.The communication with the property owner was easy and detailed. It really felt like paradise with the view and private access to the beach.

Beautiful property but an outdoor bathroom should be considered to be added for the Casitas so guests staying there don't have to share the house bathrooms, especially at night. Other than that everything was exceptional

Beautiful home. Location can’t be beat. Laie and proximity to PCC, grocery stores and right on the beach. Easy check in and great communication.

Location, amenities, ease of check in and out, as well as provided parking. Beautifully furnished house and spacious well kept property.

Not a make or break thing but something to note. Sprinklers on an odd timer and would be running often when we returned to the property making it impossible to enter or exit without getting soaked.

The owner has done a wonderful job decorating/updating this home to meet all the comforts of home to feel like your own when on vacation. We enjoyed lounging around having the ocean as the background to sitting outside playing enjoying the big yard. You can't beat the location, walking into the property felt like a dream. The views are amazing. The house had everything we needed as a family of 5 with 3 kids. They loved playing on the beach whenever they wanted and took advantage of playing in the fully fenced in yard. We made several little trips over to PCC and the little marketplace across the street. It was really easy to go back and forth. *NOTE if you purchase tickets for PCC they say they are only good for 3 days but, we were able to go back all week when we wanted.

The view is beautiful! We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The beach towels were well stocked in the sheds along with some beach toys for the kids which was nice.

The host requested that all screens and doors remain closed; however, one of the sliding doors had a detached screen, which resulted in issues with flies. Additionally, the master bedroom fan is very loud and the bathroom does not have a door, and the lack of privacy was somewhat problematic. The two casitas are more similar to sheds, as they do not have air conditioning or window screens and became extremely hot during the day. We often left the windows open for ventilation, but then experienced significant temperature drops at night, which disrupted our sleep. There is also no bathroom in the casitas, making it inconvenient to walk across the lawn late at night to use the main facilities. While the location itself is very beautiful and helped offset some of these challenges, communication with the host was difficult. When we reported that the internet was not working, her response over the phone felt dismissive and unfriendly. Overall, her tone came across as passive-aggressive rather than supportive. The host provided a detailed list of rules for guests to follow; however, when we raised concerns about the accommodations, she became defensive instead of acknowledging the inconveniences we experienced.
