The location is the one and only good thing about this so call it appartment.

SHOCKING is an understatement , it was the most horrific experience (accommodation wise) ive ever had. NONE of the information that led me to book this place are actualy near the reality or the truth appart from the location. Neither the information nor the pictures reflects the factual and actual state of this property. filthy, malodorous(not limited to the room even the multiple air freshners around the building could not rid this smell) and lacking not only bedding but the actual bed! Something that i find hard to describe is the not even half of a sofa in the kitchen is impossible to sit on - I find it insane that anyone actualy considered it is ok to sell it as a bed ( even for a child as i traveled with one ). For 3 of us - 2 adults and a child - we had 1 brownish towel, assume the additional two hand / face towels were for me to consider as very much towels as well - and thats for two nights! Not even one tea bag in the kitchen,empty cuppoards/fridge where only unpleasant smell and a phew sellections of dishes and cuttlery can be found. What is an even further outrage than anything i have listed here is the managing property agency which i found neccesary to contact after the entire approximately 2.5m long curtain rail which (however unbelieavable it may sound) rested on two broken curtain holders it unsuprisingly fell down and hit my head- not only was my complaint disregarded and attempted to dissmiss by sarcastic comment it was then twisted to become the situation where the broken rail is my fault as it must have happened during my stay meaning i have no grounds for any complaint what so ever and was literaly hanged up on half way the sentence. I was then texted to leave the property and that further contact with me will be by booking.com as if they had anything to do with the hard damage and my overall complaint - refusal to take any responsibility and an outrage throughout the entire situation which ended up unresolved

The location was good. Close to shops and the 02 Academy.

The cleanliness and facilities....where do I start. Loose toilet seat. Dirty switches. Dirty loo brush. Something disgusting in the bathroom cupboard. I really didn't know what it was. Shower drain clogged up with hair and gunk. Shower trap filled with disgusting water. Dirty fingerprints on the extractor fan controls. My feet were filthy after walking on the floor! Half empty bottle of water and rubbish found under the bed. Some sort of powder in the cupboard. Creased bed linin. We slept on the memory foam mattress but who knows how clean that was. No tea and coffee sachets on arrival. No hairdryer! I had to go out and buy one!! These are basic in an apartment. No fire safety! No fire blanket or fire extinguisher. AND to top it all, the whole place smelled of cannabis!!!!!!! So apparent when you were walking up the numerous stairs that we were not informed about. The host hasn't replied to my evidence of the pictures I have sent. Nor answered the phone to Booking.com who tried numerous times. I now have to wait 5 working days for them to respond to Booking.com via email. The host didn't even answer the phone when we had difficulty getting in to the property. Really disappointed and upset by this. We also paid extra for an early check in and a late checkout. Absolute rip off. I'm awaiting a reply for a refund.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Fantastic price compared to other accommodations in the area. A small compact apartment with everything we needed for our stay.

Finding the actual apartment once inside the buiing was a bit tricky as no signs. Unfortunately the corridors stank of weed, especially coming up the stairs (hence a few neighbours put air fresheners outside thier doors!). Definatley dealing going on in the building as someone asked me to let them in she she could collect from a flat. Obviously no fault of owners of this flat. Aside from that, the shower was a bit cramped but ok. Sofa beds were tiny, I am 5.4" and my feet were hanging off, there wasn't any flat sheets for the sofa beds either.

Great location for where we going to the O2 and good to have a kitchen. All clean and ready to go

Very complicated to enter the block and then find our way to the apartment.. instructions are given but if someone hadn't been there who was another resident we would have struggled....also I would not have wanted to stay there if it was me and my teenage daughter, fine for me and a group of friends, there was a smell in the block of something going on

Scaffolding all around the property. No off road parking available. Cheap, chopped and broken furnishing. Clever lens pics on website- flat was tiny. Toilet seat broken, shower room not big enough to even dry your self in, no where to hang towels, water marks all over the painted walls. Corridors and flat spelt of drugs, misdescription on website about how many floor steps to the flat. We didn’t stay over and booked in somewhere else. Owners were nit helpful and no refund was given. I feel conned out of my money with no one to hear my complaint.
