"poor customer care- when property was emailed they denied anything was wrong and then claimed I was a no show."

Tv didn’t work no Wi-Fi bathroom door stuck no light bulb in kitchen bedding very creased not ironed apart from that - they could not help it but scaffolding around building and strong smell of cannabis in corridors

the property was a lovely little compact apartment. everything we expected. nice and close to the beach. the bed was small but comfortable

the 2 sofas in the front room are really uncomfortable. there were working happening on the roof on the Friday when we arrived so it was really noisy with bits falling off the ceiling.
