Magical Mazzini Apartment - by Relais di Giada

Everything was fantastic, Emanuela was exellant friendly and helpful, always there if you need anything or have any questions. The apartment is wonderful and very spacious, spotless in terms of cleanliness, the bedding was comfy, plenty of clean new towels were avaliable. The location is amazing its close to everything. Coffee at The Cafe 800 was delicious. I will this apartment l. recommend it to anyone I know that wants to stay in Como.

Some things in the apartment could use a little maintenance. The tap is barely holding up and the cupboard doors are falling

Emanuela was a fabulous host. She communicated clearly about how and when and where to meet. She explained everything in detail and offered some suggestions on where to go and what to do. She was super friendly and super helpful

We were welcome by Emanuala and she explained us the city (although we know it already from previous times). She is very friendly and helpful all the times. Communication with her by Whatsapp was really convenient. The flat is in a perfect position, close to the city center, close to the lake, supermarket and a place to leave your car. During the day we often went "home" to leave some bags or to take a rest. No problem because the location of the flat is perfect. Inside, the flat offers you all you need, incl. espresso machine, washing machine, towels and basic stuff like soap, hair-dryer, toilet paper and stuff in the kitchen (salt, suger etc).

the beds did not match our requirements. the description says there is a king size bed and it was confirmed to us, it is a 180cm bed, but unfortunately like everywhere in Italy, you don't get more than 160. The bed was quite instable; if one moves during the night, the other gets awake too. The single bed are also short and the sofa-bed we were lucky not to to test it.

Owner was responsive, clean, location

There were vents in the windows that didn’t seem to close in any way. As a result I could smell all the cigarette smoke coming in from the restaurant guests outside the window. While the view of the restaurants and courtyard were nice, the evening noise and smoke smell referenced was not as pleasant.
