Location is in the middle of old town, walking distance from train station. Facing a square jam packed with restaurants. Alissia very helpful with information, even called us a taxi for early morning departure on a Sunday.

Property is excellent, but noisy from all the restaurants. Como offers restaurants all over the place...no lake cruises, hop on hop off busses or even a little train to get some insight into the history.

Very central property in lovely old building with good facilities (including washing machine and super efficient hob). All well set up and good amount of space. Staff friendly and helpful.

Only two very small issues: Kitchen utensils were a little bit tired. No hanging space in wardrobe as there was a mattress in there! (Worth noting: The description said separate bedroom but it is all one room)

Location was good and there was a washing machine. Air conditioning worked well.

The shower drain was clogged with hair and the shower had not been cleaned. They came and fixed it the very next day but then the bathroom sink clogged. The shower door handle was broken and it did not close properly. 2 light bulbs in the bathroom were out making it dark. They said they would replace the bulbs but never did. We ran out of toilet paper. When mentioned to staff we were told there was extra toilet paper in the drawer but they were not full rolls and we had used all of them. Had to resort to pieces of paper towel. There was no good lighting in the kitchen. I could not connect to the wifi either.

Alessia was so accommodating, she helped us a lot whenever we needed something! The location was great in the very centre of Como. Supermarket is 5mins walk, restaurants are all around, Train station is 12mins walk, Bus and Ferry are also in 5 mins walk.

It needs some basic utensils like knife and cutting board. Should have provided kitchen towel and at least mini sachet of dishwashing liquid and a laundry detergent. Also it really needs some deep cleaning..
