Location was good. Beds comfortable.

The smell from the fridge was terrible and meant we couldn't use the fridge as didnt want to open the door. The downstairs bathroom flooded and damp smell. Not enough room for 4 people to sit comfortably. The tv did not work unless you subscribed to channels.

Good location,m, cleaning supplies left for washing up. Sainsbury's local round corner was a real bonus. On a main bus route into city.

Cobwebs, mould on shower room window frame , shower upstairs didn't work. Gate hard to open and shut because of broken wheel. It sleeps 4 persons, but sofa will only fit 3. Sitting on a footstool isn't comfortable. Advertised with car charger iits an outdoor plug, not a car charger. Fridge draws fall out, so they were left on the side. I would suggest it needs a deep clean and repaint as marks all over walls and flaking paint in lounge and all up the stairs, under sink in shower room etc.

Parking was excellent, close to city centre and walks, local bus service just round the corner, lovely cafe and supermarket very close by

The shower downstairs is obviously blocked, had to stop and start when having a shower so it wouldn’t flood, ended up taking out the filter and it worked a lot better, needs to be cleaned regularly.

Ideal location, lovely.property with everything needed included. Secure off road parking ideal

Outside garden area was quite plain and not.much too it, could.mayne do with some.plamters or decorative lights

Good, clean, tidy house which is in a Perfect location from the city centre, with excellent parking facilities.

The location was good near to a wedding we attended

The cleanliness the window frames were rotten the walls marked and dirty , the shower tray overflowed , mould on the inside of the window frames , holes in the bedding , mould around the bath , a hole behind the sink in the kitchen, dirty unbrushed yard , plaster off the wall
