The Location, Good A/C and confortable

No hot water, poor communication by the Host, there were dust everywhere, windows screen were filthy, and chip out paint on the walls , the place can use some cleaning and paint

The privacy and closeness to the beach, the pool and everything will definitely stay here again

I recently stayed in Isla Verde by the beach and while the location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, casinos, supermarket, and a top-notch 10/10 breakfast spot—the overall experience was mixed.

The place itself was alright, but there were a few issues that took away from the comfort. There was no hot water, which was a big downside. I also called the front desk on the first day to request batteries for the remote, and was told someone would look into it on Sunday—but no one ever came. That lack of follow-through was disappointing. Cleanliness was okay, but I still had to wipe down a few things before using them. It wasn’t dirty, but not quite hotel-level clean either—so I’d recommend doing a quick wipe-down if you stay here. Overall, if you’re looking for a convenient location and don’t mind a few hiccups, it might work for you. But if service and amenities are a priority, you might want to explore other options.
