Isla Verde by the Beach

Very dirty, stove and oven unusable m no lights above. Mold and algae ball over. They didn't wash the bath mat. I have pictures of all this stuff. Not a good neighborhood

Everything in there, door was not secure

I thought the property was in a great location because it’s down the street from the beach.

There is a leak above the bed, and by the bathroom.

Good location. Clean

They has leaks in the ceiling of the bedroom and the door way to the bathroom water came in thru the ceiling also.

The place was dirty The toilet got blocked after one use. They sent a plumber and charged us $160 without notifying us. Don’t go there

The pool and location were good

There were very strict rules about the place, but it had its own issues, which were not being addressed. There was water slowly but constantly dripping from a crack in the ceiling onto one side of the bed. There was water running down a couple of places in the bathroom and pooling on the floor. This had been going on for some time as the bottom of the bathroom door had black mold, and the bedside lamp was spongy and moldy. The living room/kitchen was clean and comfortable, but the water issues made it hard to like the place.
