Convenient location, EXTREMELY responsive staff, clean facilities. Will book again

Internet connection to television in rooms was inconsistent

It was clean. Shampoo, conditioner and dish soap were provided. It is a short walk to the beach, but also easy to access a highway to go places. I like the fact that the host provided a book with recommendations of what to do and where to eat.

the pool was very nice and the toilet was newer.

The tv in master bedroom did not work/connect. The bathtub drain was clogged. The ceilings in the kitchen and living room were falling apart. The couch in living room was unusable.

The location is nice! The beach and good restaurants were in walking distance.

The curb appeal was not great. Honestly was in shocked at the outside of the place when the uber pulled up. The sofa bed in the unit was disgusting. It was stained and dirty. We didn’t go near it! The lamp shades were stained. The place needs TLC.

Everything was nice

Nicely decorated relatively spacious apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Small but nice pool area, our apartment had a table outside too, to be able to sit outside & eat etc. Good location! Located about 5 minutes walk from the beach and a large supermarket. There are also some bars & restaurants just a few minutes from the house. Very quiet area even though it is close to the airport, highway to central San Juan, restaurants and Isla Verde beach. Well cleaned, & had fresh towels & linnen, when we arrived. Very affordable accommodation!

A little dark in the evenings at the patio & entrance, some more lighting that could be lit would be good. There was some minor wear on the ceiling & walls due to some water dripping in by the bathroom, but the apartment smelled & felt fresh otherwise.
